I offer integrative counselling and psychotherapy, drawing from evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), attachment theory, person-centered practice, mindfulness-based and somatic techniques. My work is also grounded in trauma focused therapy, with a deep respect for inner child work and the early relational patterns that continue to shape how we experience ourselves and others.
Whether you’re navigating something complex or simply seeking to deepen your self-awareness, therapy can offer a meaningful space for change. Some clients come to feel more grounded, more connected, or to heal longstanding patterns; others come because they want to grow, thrive, and live more fully.

In therapy, we explore this together, your purpose, your aims, and where you hope to be. Sometimes, a person begins therapy with a specific concern in mind, but as the work unfolds, they begin to see there’s much more beneath the surface. We may come to understand the deeper roots ,unhelpful patterns, cognitive distortions, and core beliefs formed long ago and begin to gently shift them with care and awareness.

I’m a 36 year old Hungarian-British, Counsellor and psychotherapist, currently completing an MSc in integrative psychotherapy at the University of Derby
I’m here to walk beside you, with empathy, honesty, care, and respect as you discover what healing looks like for you. I believe therapy is a space where we can make sense of the past, reconnect with ourselves, and begin to live more fully, more freely, and more consciously.
As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work in line with their ethical framework and professional standards. I engage in regular clinical supervision to support and reflect on my work, minimum one hour for every four hours of client sessions. This ensures that my practice remains safe, ethical, and attuned to your individual needs.
All supervision is fully confidential, no identifying details are ever shared, and discussions focus only on the therapeutic process to ensure safe, high-quality practice.
