A space to breathe, feel, and grow

Because Healing Starts With Being Heard

Welcome to Mental Miles Therapy
Integrative psychotherapy for clarity, connection, and emotional healing. A calm, confidential space where your story is met with empathy and care.

Begin Today

I offer both short term counselling and long-term psychotherapy to support a wide range of emotional and psychological needs. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or simply seeking deeper insight into yourself, our work will be tailored to your pace, your goals, and your story.

Weekly one to one therapy sessions for adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, low self-esteem, or complex trauma. I use an integrative approach, drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), attachment theory, person-centred therapy, somatic and mindfulness-based techniques to meet you exactly where you are.

I currently offer online therapy sessions for adults across the UK, Hungary, and Greece. I often travel between London, Budapest, and Athens, and work remotely with clients wherever they are based. Sessions are private, supportive, and grounded in compassion, helping you explore what matters most at your own pace.

Short and Long Term Therapy

I offer both short-term counselling and long-term psychotherapy, depending on your needs.
Short-term work may focus on specific issues like grief, life transitions, or emotional struggles.
Long-term therapy offers space to explore deeper concerns such as anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, complex PTSD (C-PTSD), borderline personality disorder, and the impact of childhood trauma.
Sessions are flexible, supportive, and always move at your own pace.

Services

I offer integrative counselling and psychotherapy, drawing from evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), attachment theory, person-centred practice, mindfulness-based and somatic techniques. My work is also grounded in trauma focused therapy, with a deep respect for inner child work and the early relational patterns that continue to shape how we experience ourselves and others.

Whether you’re navigating something complex or simply seeking to deepen your self-awareness, therapy can offer a meaningful space for change. Some clients come to feel more grounded, more connected, or to heal longstanding patterns; others come because they want to grow, thrive, and live more fully.

We move at your pace no pressure, no judgement just a steady walk home to the parts of you that may have been forgotten, silenced, or simply waiting to be met.

Is this for you?

I work with a wide range of challenges including:

  • Anxiety, panic disorder & phobias
  • Addictions
  • Grief & bereavement
  • Childhood trauma and attachment wounds
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex PTSD (C-PTSD)
  • Low self-worth, emotional dysregulation, and relational difficulties
  • Personality disorders, particularly borderline personality disorder (BPD)
  • Sex and intimacy related difficulties

You may already feel like you’re functioning well but still sense there’s more space for growth, clarity, or self-love. Wherever you are in your process, this space is here to meet you. Therapy can help you feel safer in yourself, more empowered in your relationships, and more connected to who you truly are.

Ultimately, the most important question is: what do you want to work on?

In therapy, we explore this together ,your purpose, your aims, and where you hope to be. Sometimes, a person begins therapy with a specific concern in mind, but as the work unfolds, they begin to see there’s much more beneath the surface. We may come to understand the deeper roots ,unhelpful patterns, cognitive distortions, and core beliefs formed long ago and begin to gently shift them with care and awareness.

Meet Katie

I’m a 36 year old Hungarian British, trainee counsellor and psychotherapist, currently completing an MSc in integrative psychotherapy and counselling at the University of Derby.

I’m here to walk beside you, with empathy, honesty, care, and respect as you discover what healing looks like for you. I believe therapy is a space where we can make sense of the past, reconnect with ourselves, and begin to live more fully, more freely, and more consciously.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work in line with their ethical framework and professional standards. I engage in regular clinical supervision to support and reflect on my work, minimum one hour for every four hours of client sessions. This ensures that my practice remains safe, ethical, and attuned to your individual needs.

This work is a homecoming, a powerful movement toward your higher self, where clarity, connection, and emotional resonance can begin to flow more freely. As we begin to tune into that higher frequency, you may find yourself feeling more aligned, more present, and more deeply alive.

Our relationship will be built on collaboration, not hierarchy.
You lead the way, I support the unfolding, walking beside you with empathy, honesty, care, and respect.
