One to one online counselling and psychotherapy
Compassionate, integrative support in English and Hungarian. I offer weekly 1 to 1 therapy sessions online, tailored to your needs, whether you’re navigating a specific life challenge or looking for deeper, long-term support.
Short-Term Counselling
Sometimes life throws us into a moment of crisis or transition. You may be experiencing grief, a breakup, job loss, burnout, or simply questioning your direction. In these cases, short-term counselling can provide a focused, supportive space to gain clarity, process emotions, and reconnect with your inner strength. This space can also hold room for self-development, confidence-building, or what some might call life coaching, always grounded in therapy, and always at your pace.
Long-Term Psychotherapy
For those dealing with more complex needs, such as ongoing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relational difficulties, trauma, CPTSD, or personality-related challenges, I offer open-ended, longer-term psychotherapy. Our work might include exploring early attachment wounds, learning emotional regulation, or working through deep-rooted patterns that may be shaping your present. This process unfolds gently and collaboratively.
My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, attachment theory, person-centered therapy, DBT, mindfulness-based methods, and gentle somatic work. Therapy with me is both structured and intuitive, combining evidence-based techniques with relational depth. We might sit with what hurts, trace it back with care, or work with the body when words aren’t enough.
Above all, therapy with me is a relationship. It’s built on empathy, honesty, and trust, not just between you and your therapist, but also in how you begin to meet yourself.
Curious what integrative therapy really means in practice? You’ll find a gentle breakdown below.
Fees & Availability
I believe therapy should be accessible. I offer flexible, affordable pricing and am happy to discuss rates during an initial consultation. Please get in touch to check availability.

Is This For You?
You don’t need to be in crisis to begin. Some people come for a handful of sessions to work through something specific, the end of a relationship, a loss, a period of burnout or uncertainty. Others begin a longer journey to understand and heal patterns that have quietly shaped their lives for years.
The experiences I work with include anxiety, panic disorder and phobias, addiction, grief and bereavement, childhood trauma and attachment wounds, PTSD and complex PTSD, low self-worth, emotional dysregulation and relational difficulties, and personality disorders with a particular interest in Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).
Whether you’re struggling or simply sensing there’s more available to you, more clarity, more connection, more ease, this space is here for wherever you are.
Ultimately, the most important question is: What do you want to work on?
Every person arrives with something different in mind. In our sessions we explore what that is together, your intentions, your hopes, and the life you want to move toward. What often emerges over time is that the presenting concern opens into something wider. Patterns become visible. Long held beliefs, cognitive distortions formed in earlier chapters of life, begin to surface and with care and growing awareness, we start to work with them.

Why Online Therapy?
Online therapy offers something deeply meaningful: the comfort of being in your own space, safe, familiar, and grounded. In today’s busy world, carving out time to travel to a therapist’s office can feel overwhelming. With online sessions, you simply settle into your own home, and therapy becomes both accessible and deeply personal.
What I’ve noticed over time is that when clients are in their own environments, they often open up more easily. They feel more at ease and after a heavy session, they don’t have to rush through city traffic or public transport. They have space to sit with what’s come up, right where they are, surrounded by safety.
Of course, I understand that online therapy doesn’t suit everyone. Your home may be busy or not feel private enough and that’s completely valid. For now, due to availability, I am offering only online therapy sessions to clients.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality lies at the heart of the therapeutic relationship. It is the foundation upon which trust is built, allowing clients to speak freely, explore deeply, and share openly without fear of judgement or exposure. As a therapist, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of professional integrity, guided by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
In accordance with the BACP, all client information is treated as strictly confidential, and every effort is made to protect your privacy at all stages of our work together. This means that what is discussed in our sessions remains private, with limited exceptions that are legally and ethically required such as situations involving significant risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law.
This commitment extends beyond my role as a therapist. As a human being, I hold a deep personal belief in the dignity and privacy of every individual. Confidentiality is not simply a professional obligation, it is a reflection of my values and the cornerstone of the trust we build together. You have the right to feel safe, respected, and assured that what you share will be held with care and discretion.
I also engage in regular clinical supervision, as required by the BACP, to ensure that my therapeutic work remains safe, reflective, and effective. These supervision sessions are conducted with full respect for client anonymity and confidentiality.
Particularly in the context of online therapy, additional care is taken to ensure that communications are secure and that digital platforms used for sessions are encrypted and professionally regulated. You are encouraged to find a quiet, private space for your sessions, where you feel safe and undisturbed.
Confidentiality is not merely a professional obligation, it is a profound act of respect for your autonomy, your story, and your right to be fully heard. It is within this protected space that meaningful therapeutic work can unfold.
What Is Integrative Psychotherapy?
Integrative psychotherapy means I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, tailoring the therapy to your unique needs, rather than fitting you into a one size fits all model. Here’s a glimpse into some of the approaches I may integrate into our work together:
- Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): Helps identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that affect how you feel and behave.
- Attachment theory: Explores how early relationships may shape how you relate to others and to yourself today.
- Person centered therapy: Emphasises empathy, unconditional acceptance, and giving you space to lead your own healing journey.
- Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT): Offers practical tools for managing emotions, improving relationships, and coping with distress.
- Mindfulness-Based Approaches: Help bring awareness to your present moment experience, reducing anxiety and enhancing emotional regulation.
- Somatic Work: Involves gently reconnecting with the body, especially when words aren’t enough to express emotional pain.
- Inner Child Work: Supports you in reconnecting with wounded or neglected parts of yourself that still impact your present life.
No two clients are the same and so no two sessions are the same. I meet you where you are, and together, we find what helps.
